At Quwwat, we stand behind the strength of our gear. If your performance wear doesn’t help you push your limits, we don’t want you to keep it. We offer one of the most athlete-friendly return policies in Pakistan.
1. The 60-Day Strength Test
We offer a 60-day return window. You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unwashed and unworn (besides trying them on for fit).
- Original Packaging: Items must be returned with all original tags and Quwwat branding intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)
Due to hygiene standards in high-intensity sportswear, we cannot accept returns for:
- Underwear/Compression Shorts: If the hygiene seal is broken.
- Performance Hijabs: If removed from original packaging.
- Washed Gear: Any item that has been laundered or shows signs of sweat/gym use.
- Final Sale: Items marked as “Clearance” or “Outlet” are non-returnable.
3. Manufacturing Defects
We take pride in our Karachi-based quality control. However, if you receive an item with a stitching flaw or fabric defect:
- Report: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Resolution: We will provide a 100% free replacement or a full refund. No return shipping charges will apply for defective goods.
4. How to Process Your Return
- Initiate: Email at returns@quwwat.store with your Order ID.
- Approval: Once our team approves the request, you will receive a Return Authorization Code.
- Logistics: For “change of mind” or size exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our Karachi warehouse. For defective items, we will arrange a pickup.
5. Free Shipping & Exchanges
- Free Shipping: As part of our commitment, your initial order and any replacement gear sent for an exchange are shipped Free of Charge nationwide.
- Exchanges: If the fit isn’t right, we offer a one-time free exchange for size. You only pay to ship the original back to us; we pay to send the new size to you.
6. Refunds
Once your return is inspected at our Karachi hub:
- Method: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (Bank/Card/EasyPaisa) within 7-10 business days.
- COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery, we will require your bank details or JazzCash/EasyPaisa number to transfer the refund.
